No matter what the internet says, 2 TBLS of corn starch is NOT a good substitute for an egg in brownies. The above picture shows a thick layer of hardened would-be-brownies that are now stuck to the pan. Next time, we will be out coaxing the chickens to lay just ONE more egg!
